2.12.0

To improve the NX Optics integration, a plug-in has been developed that can be installed on the NX server. This will remove the need to manually enter the server ID and camera ID information into the NX server.
At times, the alert would load incorrect screenshots. This was a bug that was identified and has now been resolved.
Events which are grouped under an alert are now arranged in descending order, helping the monitoring officer to open the event with minimum clicks. This optimizes the workflow.
If a stakeholder replies "yes" to a 'possibly staff' workflow-related question and then another stakeholder or the same stakeholder replies with a "no," then the alert will reopen. This update increases the robustness of the platform to human errors.
If an alert closes based on the response received from the stakeholder, then the timer would still be active on the alert. This has been improved to avoid false SLA breaches.
The wording around the armed and disarmed status on the admin portal was confusing to the user and has now been improved.
The password reset email function in the monitoring portal did not send emails and would provide the user with an error. This bug was identified and then fixed.
When filtering invoices in the admin portal, you can now filter by customer.
The pop-up messages on the admin portal still contained the message ‘assets updated’. This did not align with the name change from assets to devices in software release 2.11.
Inside the admin portal, if a pop-up alert is actioned by the user by pressing the ‘tick’ button, then that alert is closed.
If a device is not connected to Xero, then all the information, including the serial number of the device, can be modified.
Inside the monitoring company settings in the Admin portal, an administrator can now view the log-in and log-off times of the monitoring officer.
If a tenant has a monitoring company assigned to it, it can see only the officers and other information related to that tenant. This decentralization helps with the isolation of information and prevents any data breaches, thus improving platform security.
In the Admin portal, an integrator admin can now see the monitoring dashboard, which provides an overview of the platform's health. Previously, this was limited to super admin roles only.
Integrator admins can review the audit functionality in the Admin portal without encountering an error.
Initially, camera activation followed by an alert was essential to set activation zones. Now the platform uses the last available snapshot to guide the user in setting these zones.
